Do you accept orders from outside the UK?
We do, please select the delivery destination when ordering.
How Long Will Delivery Take?
Delivery in the UK will usually take a couple of days from receipt of your order. Delivery to other countries will take a few days longer depending on where you are. We will send you an email to let you know your order has been despatched along with any available parcel tracking details for you to follow your deliveries progress with the courier.
What Instructions do I get with the Kit?
Currently we only supply a basic wiring diagram. Lots of detailed information can be found online to help you complete your kit.
How Do I Return the Item?
You can return your merchandise for a refund if you change your mind within 7 days of receiving it - please be aware however it is your responsibility to return it in the condition it was received at your own cost. Likewise if you believe there is something wrong with your merchandise and need to return them the process is the same. In both cases please email us at returns@guitar-kits.co.uk for a Returned Merchandise Authorisation code detailing the reason for return. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
