What payment types do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards using the secure WorldPay payment processing system. We also accept Paypal, Cheques and Postal Orders. Please choose your preferred payment method when checking out. If you have any issues with payment then please just contact us.

 

Do you accept orders from outside the UK?

We do accept orders from pretty much any country in the world! Please select the delivery destination when ordering and we will send your order to you as soon as we can.You will receive an order acknowledgment email, as well as an email once the goods have been despatched along with a courier tracking URL.

 

How Long Will Delivery Take?

Delivery in the UK will usually take a few days from receipt of your valuable order, but may take up to 7 days. Delivery to other countries will take a few days longer than this depending on where you are. We will send you an email to let you know your order has been despatched along with any available parcel tracking details for you to follow your deliveries progress with the courier. If there are any issues with your order we will let you know as soon as possible.

 

What Instructions do I get with the Kit?

Currently we only supply a basic wiring diagram with most of the kits (but not all). Lots of detailed information can be found online to help you complete your kit and this process is actually part of the fun! If you are ordering a Wudtone finishing kit you will be provided with a link to their instructions which can be found online to make sure you get the best possible finish.

 

How Do I Return the Item?

You can return your merchandise for a refund if you change your mind within 7 days of receiving it - please be aware however it is your responsibility to return it in the condition it was received at your own cost. Likewise if you believe there is something wrong with your merchandise and need to return them the process is the same. In both cases please contact us via the online form for a Returned Merchandise Authorisation code detailing the reason for return. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
